It was a positive experience working with Softgrid. The team was professional from the first communication during the proposal stage to the last call for signing off on the project. They understood the need in detail, did quick turn-around on prototypes and went through couple of iterations on fine-tuning. I can't say enough about how much softgrid has helped us. We had hired someone else previously and our magento admin section was rendered inoperable for a few weeks. That person was unresponsive and kept making promises they did not keep. When we hired softgrid they tried everything to get us up and running as quickly as possible. They immediately restored our admin so we could function. There were still issues and ultimately we had 2 extensions that were not behaving the way they were supposed to and softgrid rewrote some of the extensions' code to make them work. I will definitely hire them again when we add our next extensions.
